Shipping & Returns

Shipping - Domestic

We ship all packages as tracked & insured USPS Priority mail, with 1-3 day delivery times.  USPS Priority Express is also available and is guaranteed overnight.

Orders for custom items have a 2 week lead time due to the length of the tie-dying process and our schedules.

Shipping - International

International shipping is through Priority Mail International or Priority Mail Express International and is subject to the terms of these shipping methods.  Currently two types of shipping are available.  One is the large flat rate box, ~24"x12"x3" which should be selected if you are ordering a tapestry or other large item.  This box will hold one folded tapestry and is $88.95 to most of the world (you'll be refunded any overpayment if possible).  For t-shirts, the small international flat rate box should be selected.  This box is much cheaper at $33.95 to most of the world and should hold two shirts.  In some cases the medium flat rate box is cheaper than the large option or multiple smaller boxes, but it varies heavily from country to country (and usually isn't) so is not listed.  Please e-mail us for a more accurate shipping quote if you are ordering multiple or large items and we'll determine the best shipping method.  Due to the additional paperwork required for international shipping, an additional $5.00 fee will be applied to international orders.  See the USPS International Shipping page for more details.

Returns

If you are not 100% satisfied with the quality of your product, contact us for return information, although due to the uniqueness of custom orders we cannot replace those without further reason.  Photos will be sent before shipping of custom creations to ensure that you are satisfied with your design.  Due to the uniqueness of our items, all items are insured and claims for damaged good should be filed with the USPS,  and we can offer a replacement with an item of similar size and color in many cases as the insurance claim is processed, but should an item be lost or damaged a duplicate cannot be created.
